Cantine Paulis is a new brand of the Cantina Sociale di Monserrato scarl, the oldest wine cooperative in Sardinia (founded in 1924).

The vineyards are composed of over 450 hectares where the most typical grapes of Southern Sardinia are grown, including: Cannonau, Vermentino, Monica, Nuragus, Moscato and Nasco.

In recent years the winery has profoundly renewed its product lines and has focused on innovation and high quality products to offer a new concept of Sardinian wine tradition to international markets.
