The Monte Mannu Agricultural Company comes to life in the territories of Austis, a rural center in the province of Nuoro.
It is a small family-run company whose goal has always been to guarantee an excellent and genuine product by following the traditional processing, preserved in the wise knowledge of Tore, who produces cheese from 40 years.
All the steps of the production chain are directly followed by us, who accompany the animals to the pasture, we follow them in the feeding, we take care of the milking and finally of the transformation of the raw materials, of their conservation and packaging. We stand out for the production of high quality cheeses made from three simple ingredients: milk, rennet and salt.
Freshly milked milk is processed daily in our mini dairy farm.
