We are a family-run company born in 2002, born from a great vocation for the art of fresh pasta and from the desire to bring the culture and traditions of Sardinian gastronomy to people's tables. Following the flattening of tastes and the simplification of flavors, we wanted to create a company in order to rediscover in consumers those ancient tastes that were once forgotten. Based on ancient traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation, we produce a high quality fresh pasta (with or without filling) intended mainly for high-end shops, typical Sardinian products and refined tastes.

All our products can be purchased directly from the entrepreneurs and traders of the sector, at our artisan laboratory located in Macomer in the Bonu Trau Ind.le area, while for consumers it is available a welcoming OFFICE FOR FARM with ample parking.
For "gluttonous" consumers, we have set up a homemade pastry making desserts following the ancient traditions of our territory. Furthermore, all types of almond cakes are made (amarettos, petitfour, nougats, maresche, sighs, small fruits etc.)
