Il Panificio Cherchi is an artisan company, born in 1995, founded by Signora Rosalia which specializes in the production and marketing of parchment bread, a variant of the traditional pane carasau. Twenty years of experience and professionalism allow the Cherchi family to guarantee a high quality product while keeping the flavors and traditions of Sardinia intact.
