The Panificio Cherchi is an artisan company, founded in 1995, founded by Mrs. Rosalia who specializes in the production and marketing of the Parchment of Bread, a variant of the traditional Carasau bread. Twenty years of experience and professionalism allow the Cherchi family to guarantee a high quality product while keeping the flavors and traditions of Sardinia intact.
