La Cantina Alessandro Bocca It is a strictly family-run winery. Alessandro, Barbara and their daughters Beatrice and Cecilia dedicate themselves to running the company, each with specific tasks. The main feature is to work in a totally artisanal way with small quantities of high quality Cannonau and Vermentino grapes, to create a limited production which, adding the seven references in the catalogue, does not exceed 10.000 bottles.
The agronomic management of the vineyard takes place through careful evaluations in full respect of the surrounding plants, flora and fauna.
We do not use chemical herbicides, we fertilize the soil naturally, we do not use plastic and we respect the flora and fauna present on site.
We limit phytotreatments to a minimum and we harvest our grapes by hand, placing them in boxes.
Not having artificial irrigation, we rely on nature, trying to best give back what she gives us.
Our customers, very often, become real friends.
This is the greatest satisfaction for us.
